Ingredients
12 oz. Beef Bacon
16 oz. Ground Beef, cooked
4 c. Broth, meat or bone
½ c. Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. White Pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation
Cut Beef Bacon into small bite size pieces, fry
In a large pot add Broth, Ground Beef, fried Beef Bacon, Sea salt, White Pepper, Butter
Bring to a boil
Add Heavy Cream, stir
Add Cheddar Cheese stir
Serve
Don’t totally melt cheese
