About the Recipe
Ingredients
11-12 oz. Beef Liver
5oz. Beef Bacon, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley, dried
½ tsp. Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. White Pepper
½c. + 1 Tbsp. Beef Tallow
Preparation
Place ¼ c. Beef Tallow in a frying pan and melt it
Add chopped Bacon and minced Garlic Clove
Cut Beef Liver into strips
Add sliced Liver to Bacon and Garlic
Stir
Cook until lightly pink in the middle
Pour ingredients in frying pan into a food processor
Add ¼ c. Beef Tallow, Sea Salt, White Pepper, and Parsley
Blend until well beaten and fairly smooth
Place in a parchment paper covered 4 ½ x 8 Loaf Pan
Melt 1 Tbsp. Beef Tallow
Pour on top of your Liver Pate
Refrigerate till next day
Remove, cut and place in a container with a lid
Enjoy
