Ingredients
2 Eggs, hard boiled, cold
½ c. Ricotta Cheese
¼ c. Bacon Fat
1 c. Cream Cheese
1 ½ c. Heavy Cream
½ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Beat well
Serve or store in a sealed container
Top with a dab of heavy cream and bacon crumbs
