Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Garlic clove, optional
8 oz. Beef Cheek, cubed and slow cooked
½ c. Yogurt, plain
1 Egg
¼ c. Cottage Cheese, dry
¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Sea Salt to taste
Grated Cheese to top (optional)
Preparation
Heat frying pan with butter
Add Garlic
Add Beef Cheek
Brown Beef Cheek
Turn burner close to low
Add Yogurt stir in
Add Egg
Stir cooking mixture to incorporate egg
Cook approx. 3 minutes until thicken
Add Cottage Cheese stir in
Add Cheddar Cheese
Salt to taste
Stir well
Pour into serving dish
Top with some grated Cheese (optional)
Serve
