Ingredients
3 c. Heavy Cream
½ c. Cream Cheese
½ c. Soft Goat Cheese
 ½ tsp. Sea Salt
2 Egg Yokes
¼ c. Brown Butter
¼ c. Brown Butter for Ribboning
Preparation
Using hand mixer put Cream Cheese, Soft Goat Cheese and Sea Salt in bowl and blend until it softens
Add Heavy Cream beat until thick
Add Yokes blend well
Add Brown Butter mix well
In a large zip lock bag alternately add ice cream and Brown Butter for ribboning until both are used up
Remove air from the bag
Seal and store flat in the freezer overnight
Cut zip lock bag open and using a large knife cut ice cream
Eat or store in new bag in the freezer
