About the Recipe
Ingredients
Meat Mixture:
1 lb. 3 oz. Ground beef, fried
¾ c. Yogurt, plain unsweetened, thick type
¾ c. Ricotta Cheese, thick from top of container
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
4 ½ oz. Beef Salami or Beef Bacon
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Oregano, dried
½ tsp. Garlic powder
Egg Noodle:
2 Eggs
Pinch, Basil dried
Pinch, Oregano, dried
Pinch, Sea Salt
Whisk together
(need this Egg mixture 3 times)
Cheese:
1 ¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Preheat oven 350°
Preparation
Place all Meat Mixture ingredients into a pot and warm
Place 1/3 of Meat Mixture into an 8x8 baking dish, set aside

Make 1 Noodle mixture fry in an 8 inch frying pan
Cook both sides, place in baking dish on top of Meat Mixture, press down and pull Egg Noodle to cover the Meat Mixture

Sprinkle ½ c. Cheddar Cheese on top of Egg Noodle

Place 1/3 of Meat Mixture on top of Cheddar Cheese

Make another Noodle, place in baking dish on top of Meat Mixture, press down

Sprinkle ½ c. Cheddar Cheese on top of Egg Noodle

Place 1/3 of Meat Mixture on top of Cheddar Cheese

Make another Noodle, place in baking dish on top of Meat Mixture, press down

Sprinkle 1c. Mozzarella Cheese on top of Egg Noodle
Sprinkle ½ c. Cheddar Cheese on top
Sprinkle some Oregano and Basil on top (optional)
Bake for 25 minutes
Broil for 3-5 minutes keep an eye on it not to burn it
Let stand 5-10 minutes cut and serve
