A great way to use some Beef Trachea but can easily be made without it

Ingredients
6 Eggs
1/8 c. Meat Flour
½ c. Minced Chicken
3 Tbsp. Beef Trachea (optional)
1/8 c. Heavy Cream (or Water)
½ tsp. Sea Salt
Butter or Coconut Oil for frying
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a food processor
Blend well
Heat a frying pan with Butter or Coconut Oil
Pour Wrap mixture into a bowl
Using a 1/3 c. for a scooper
Mix the Wrap mixture each time before you scoop out the mixture and pour into a hot pan
Let cook and flip
Once cooked use immediately or can be stored once cooled in the sealed container
