Ingredients

1 ½ Tbsp. Cream Cheese

2 c. Heavy Cream

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

4 Eggs Yolks, raw

3 Tbsp. Cheese Powder/Flour

¼ c. Cheese Crumbs

Preparation

Beat Cream Cheese with mixer

Add Cream beat until thick


Add Sea Salt and Eggs one at a time

Beat each Egg in well before adding next one


Add Cheese Powder, mix


Fold in Cheese Crumbs


Pour into a large Zip lock bag

Lay flat, take air out

Freeze, overnight


Cut bag open

Remove Ice Cream

Place on cutting board and cut with large knife


Serve or place in a new bag in freezer
