Ingredients
Amount of Dry Cottage cheese you need
Preparation
Place sieve in the sink
Dump Cottage Cheese into sieve
Run cool to cold tap water over Cottage Cheese until all you have is the curds
Dump sieve on a clean towel
Pat cuds dry with towel
Place a clean paper towel in bottom of a container with a lid
Put all curds into bowl, put on lid, place in fridge
Use next day
Can be kept up to 3 days
