About the Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb. Ground Beef
1 ½ tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Mustard (optional)
1 lb. Beef Wieners, boiled, cooled
17 Beef Bacon, raw strips (optional)
Preparation
Mix Ground, Sea Salt and Mustard together by hand
Divide into 17 equal portions
Approx. 2 oz. each
Roll meatballs round, then using a hamburger press to flatten slightly
Cut Wieners into 1 1/2 in. pieces
Place a Wiener piece in the middle of a flattened meatball then wrap the ground beef around the Wiener
Squeeze firmly to make sure burger is sealed around the wiener and there is no wiener showing
Wrap one-piece Beef Bacon around meatballs, place on pan with bacon joint on bottom
Use parchment paper pan with sides
350° oven for 25-27 minutes
Remove and serve
