About the Recipe

A delicious way to eat many types of beef in one soup, each one enhancing the others flavors

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Butter or bacon fat

6 oz. Sweet Breads, raw, cut into bite size pieces

3 c. Bone Broth/Meat Broth

5 oz. Beef Bacon, raw, chopped

3 oz. Liver Pate

4 oz. Honeycomb Tripe, cut into bite size pieces or ½c.-3/4 c. Ground Tripe

1 clove Garlic, minced (optional)

4 oz. Ground Beef, cooked

Sea Salt to Taste

Preparation

Heat frying pan with Butter, add Sweet Breads

Add Beef Bacon to frying Sweet Breads

Fry about 10 minutes stirring occasionally


In large pot add Bone Broth and Liver Pate, bring to boil then lower heat

Add Tripe, Ground Beef and Garlic to pot

Stir


Add ingredients from frying pan to Bone Broth pot, Sea Salt to taste

Simmer for 5 minutes or so
