Liver Pate Soup

About the Recipe

A delicious way to eat many types of beef in one soup, each one enhancing the others flavors

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Butter

6 oz. Sweet Breads, raw, cut into bite size pieces

3 c. Bone Broth/Meat Broth

5 oz. Beef Bacon, raw, chopped

3 oz. Liver Pate

4 oz. Honeycomb Tripe, cut into bite size pieces or ½c.-3/4 c. Ground Tripe

1 clove Garlic, minced (optional)

4 oz. Ground Beef, cooked

Sea Salt to Taste

Preparation

Heat frying pan with Butter, add Sweet Breads


Add Beef Bacon to frying Sweet Breads


Add Bone Broth and Liver Pate to large pot, bring to boil then lower heat


Add Tripe and Garlic to Sweet Breads frying pan.

Fry about 10 minutes stirring occasionally


Add Ground Beef to Bone Broth/Liver Pate  

Stir


Add ingredients from frying pan to Bone Broth pot, Sea Salt to taste

Simmer for 5 minutes or so

Serve


~ Add Smoked Cheddar or Heavy Cream on top to serve
