Ingredients
1 Package of Tripe
Preparation
Prep
Scrape off any impurities
Rub with Sea Salt all over both sides
Rinse in running cool water
Soak with tap cool water and about ½ cup vinegar for about 10 minutes
Rinse under cool running water
Bring water in a pot to a boil
Add Tripe
Boil for 20 minutes – 2 hours
Rinse under running cool water
Drain
Ready to use.
~If you are going to grind Tripe up I only boil it for 20 minutes
Let it cool then grind Tripe using a meat grinder
Store in a lidded container
Use within the next few days
