Ingredients
Bread:
6 Eggs
½ c. Cottage Cheese
½ c. Chicken, minced
1/8 c. Meat Flour
½ tsp. Sea Salt
125g/4.3oz. Cream Cheese

Filling:
1 1/2c. Cheese, grated mozzarella
4-6 Turkey Sandwich meat, slices
4-6 Roast Beef sandwich meat, slices
1 1/2c. Cheese, grated cheddar medium
1c. Cheese, grated marble
Preparation
Place all the bread ingredients into a food processor
Beat well
Pour into a parchment paper lined 12 x 18-inch jelly roll pan
Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes
Remove bread from oven, place on counter
Cover bread evenly with Mozzarella Cheese
Place row of Turkey Slices across the top of bread widthwise, don’t overlap too much
Placed row of Roast Beef slices below Turkey Slices leave a space between
Cover all with Cheddar Cheese evenly, meat and exposed bread
Carefully roll Sandwich Roll widthwise using the parchment paper under it to help you
Don’t wrap paper into roll
Place back on Sandwich Roll pan with parchment paper under sandwich roll
Tuck the ends of parchment paper under the roll leaving a couple of inches or so on both sides for fallen cheese
Sprinkle Marble Cheese on top of Sandwich Roll and put in oven 350° for 5-8 minutes
Then turn oven to Broil 3-5 minutes, watch so Sandwich Roll doesn’t burn or paper catch on fire
Remove from oven, place on cutting board and slice into sandwich 10-12 pieces
Serve or store once cold in a lidded container
~ If you want them hot heat up a small frying pan with butter and fry the sides, enjoy
~ Use any combination of cheese and sandwich meats you desire
