Ingredients
1 lb. 10 oz. Sirloin Steak (approx. 2 steaks)
2 Egg, yolk
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Grind Sirloin in a meat grinder
Add Egg yolks and Sea Salt
Mix well with hand
Weigh out 4.5 oz. burger
Place on a parchment paper pan with side
Bake 350 for 26 minutes
