Ingredients
2 ½ c. Almond Flour
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ c. Avocado Oil
1/8 c. Organic Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Almond Extract
1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
3 Apricots, dried and chopped small
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a bowl stir together well
Using cookie scooper, scoop cookie dough on to a parchment paper covered cookie sheet
Flatten with palm of hand
Bake at 350° for 14 minutes rotating after 7 minutes
Leave cookies on cookie sheet until totally cooled then they can be moved
