Ingredients
¾ c. Almond Flour
¼ c. Coconut, unsweetened
¼ c. Coconut Flour
1/2 c. Coconut Milk
2 tsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Coconut Extract
1 tsp. Psyllium Husk
1 Tbsp. Agar
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula
Move to a parchment paper cookie sheet
Mold dough into a big round flat cookie
Between ¼ - ½ inch thick
Take a knife and cut into 8-12 triangles
Bake 350°
35-38 minutes
