Ingredients
¾ c. Sunflower Seeds, soak overnight, drained, rinsed well
½ c. Water
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. White Pepper
¼ tsp. Lemon Pepper
2-3 Drops Black Pepper Essential oil (optional)
1 c. Avocado Oil
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together except Avocado Oil until smooth
Then slowly add Avocado Oil taking about 2-3 minutes
Making sure all the oil is combined
Pour into a jar, if your mayo is warm let it cool seal and store in the fridge
You can eat right a way or wait till the next day for a bit more flavor to come through
