About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. 100% Dark Dairy Free Chocolate
1-2 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener, powdered sifted (or desired amount)
Brazil Nuts and/or Macadamia Nuts or Seeds
Preparation
You need a pot and a metal bowl. The metal bowl must be small enough to fit in the pot but not fall in the pot. You need to put water in your pot and when you put the bowl on top the water must not touch the bottom of the bowl.
First boil your water in your pot, while you are waiting for it to boil cut your dairy free chocolate on a cutting board and put it in your bowl. Your sizes of chocolate should be close to the same size so that it will melt at the same rate.
When you water is boiling shut off burner and place bowl on top of water, making sure your bowl is NOT touching the water.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes and stir with a spoon or a spatula this is help get rid of any pieces that are not melted.
Stir in sweetener
Using a chocolate mold
Place some chocolate in the mold with a spoon or disposable piping bag
Place nut/seed on chocolate
Cover with chocolate
Do this as many times as you need chocolates for
Put in freezer until they are set and firm
Remove chocolates from mold and place in serving dish
