Ingredients
8-9 oz. Zucchini, peeled, seeded and sliced
1Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 ½ Tbsp. Beef Gelatin
2Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
½ tsp Sea Salt
Preparation
Line 6x6 or 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper
Place zucchini in water in pan on stove top boil till soft, drain/discard water.
In blender add coconut oil, lemon juice salt and zucchini blend till smooth.
Add gelatin and nutritional yeast blend till mixed well
Refrigerate for 3+ hours until set.
Remove and cut with the back of a butter knife into desired sizes
Store in a covered container in the fridge
